Does my child get free admission?
If your child is 5 years old or younger admittance is free.
Can tickets be refunded or exchanged?
No. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the show is canceled or postponed. No exchanges will be allowed. SGMFF is an Outdoor Event, no Refunds or Exchanges. No Scalping or Resell of Tickets Allowed, No Unauthorized Sales of any Kind.
Do children get in free and are there kid-friendly activities available?
Children 5 and under are free, Children 6 and over will need to purchase their own ticket. More info will be coming soon regarding other kid-friendly activities at the festival.
Can I bring my own lawn chair?
No, lawn chairs will not be permitted inside the festival.
Can I bring my own food due to diet restrictions?
Exceptions will be made for medical diet restrictions but we plan to have a wide range of food options available.
Can I bring my own beverages?
One sealed bottle of water is permitted. No other outside beverages are permitted. Everyone and Everything (including vehicles) Is Subject To Search At All Entry Points.
Alcohol purchase will require presentation valid picture ID and age verification wristband
Can I leave and come back?
There is no re-entry unless it is an emergency in which case you can discuss with security at the gate upon exit.
Will there be a taxi stand at the stadium or will I need to arrange a car service to local hotel?
We request that taxis be available, however, if you wish to guarantee your ride it might be best to go with a car service.
If I bought tickets for Saturday but now cannot attend, can I exchange them for Sunday?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable but they may be able to assist you at the box office.

Where is the handicap accessible seating and how do I reserve wheelchair accessible tickets? How many seats are in the handicap area?
The ADA viewing area is near the sound board and there is enough space to accommodate requests.
What time does the festival start and end each day?
Doors open at noon each day. Zac Brown Band takes the stage at 8:30pm Saturday and 8:00pm Sunday. Lineup and Set Times are Subject to Change
Can I park my RV? If so, where is the best place to park?
No overnight parking is allowed. The premium lot will have parking, but if the RV takes up two standard spots, both will need to be paid for. There are also free lots available on the island.
