Daily Lineup Announced! Single day tickets on sale Friday, March 4th at 10am ET!
The news you've all been waiting for is finally here! The day-to-day schedule for the fifth annual Southern Ground Music & Food Festival is as follows:
Continuing the festival's annual tradition, Zac Brown Band will close each night with different "Super Sets" featuring special sit-in performances from other acts on the bill.
Joining Southern Ground Executive Chef Rusty Hamlin’s lineup are Pastry Chef Nicole Crane and Front Porch Stage Box guest Chef Michael Perez. As the new resident baker of the Southern Ground family, Nicole hails from the Washington DC area where she honed her gluten-free and allergen friendly baking skills. Her passion (and weakness) are sweets, but she loves the reward of a perfect boule. In a former life, she was a Ph.D. chemist. While she believes baking is more art than science, her background as a scientist has helped shape her perspective on baking.
Charleston-based Michael Perez is the Executive Chef of both Indaco and Colletta restaurants in Charleston, SC and Atlanta, GA, respectively. Under his direction, Indaco has been named “Best New Restaurant” by Modern Luxury and one of the top ten Italian restaurants in Charleston by USA Today.
Single Day tickets are $115 and go on sale this Friday, March 4 at 10am ET. Get tickets at HERE, www.AXS.com or by phone 1.888.929.7849.
Gates open at 12pm ET on both Saturday and Sunday. VIP ticketing options and premium parking are available.
All festival attendees will have access to gourmet concessions, including Southern Ground Grub featuring Hamlin’s Jambalaya. Other local restaurant favorites will be featured as well such as Home Team BBQ, Cru Cafe, Bohemian Bull, Mex 1 Coastal Cantina, Kickin’ Chicken and Gilligan's Seafood Restaurant.
Z. Alexander Brown, a new portfolio of wines from Zac Brown and Napa Valley winemaker John Killebrew, will offer tastings on site. Highlighting the quality of California’s North Coast with a Cabernet Sauvignon and Proprietary Red Blend, Z. Alexander Brown wines unveil a robust style reflective of the land and the unlimited potential that can result from a pair of artists with a passion for bringing food, people and a sense of place together through creativity.
